We stand behind the quality of this simulation. If you're not satisfied, you're entitled to a full refund of your mission access within 14 days of the payment date — just send a request, no hoops.
Payment is a one-time fee for a single mission. There is no subscription and no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel.
A "Solution Hints" add-on whose content has already been unlocked is non-refundable, as it is digital and consumed immediately. The 14-day guarantee still applies in full to your main mission access.
Submit a refund request to hello@digibangsa.com including your Order ID, no later than 14 days after payment. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method (card/PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
